OUR PASTOR
Traian Lazea has been the pastor of Bethesda Christian Center since 2003 when it was founded. For many years, he has been a devout leader with a strong passion for the Lord and a burning desire to be of service whenever and wherever he is needed.
His journey with God began when he was a teenager. Not long after,
he started teaching people about the Word of God and preaching the Gospel. Pastor Lazea attended the Theological Institute in Bucharest for five years, and he earned a degree in journalism from the University of Timisoara. Ultimately, he went on to study at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas.
Until this day, Pastor Lazea has had the opportunity to speak in front of countless churches, nurturing people with teachings from the Bible and challenging them to grow closer to the Lord in their daily lives. Through the years, his calling has been to help spread Gospel through the ministries of Christian Center Bethesda, which is founded on the premises of helping the homeless and delivering the Word of God to people who have not had the opportunity to hear it.

At Bethesda, we always seek to have an honest and loving relationship with our Savior and also with our brothers. Our mission is to help people grow in the Lord and there's never too little time for that.
Our team is formed by people of all ages who have one thing in common: desire. Desire to help, desire to be put to good use, desire to bring the happiness of our redemption to the lives of those who want to join us. It is through grace and for the glory of our Lord that we have the honor of being able to be devoted to Christ's Church.
